As the year draws to a close, I want to express my immense gratitude to our incredible team at Accord Healthcare. Their dedication, commitment and hard work have been pivotal in navigating this challenging yet rewarding year.
2023 was a year of significant milestones for us:
- Launching our first major novel product, a testament to our innovation and commitment to healthcare.
- Signing a significant license deal in oncology, demonstrating our dedication to advancing cancer care.
- Collaborating with NHS England's Medicines Repurposing Programme, contributing to important healthcare advancements.
These achievements, driven by our three-pillar strategy, showcase our commitment to innovation, patient care, and thinking differently.
Our growing corporate reputation is a testament to our team's efforts, underscored by our success at major industry awards and our continued recognition at the Global Generic Bulletin awards.
This year also saw us expand our teams across Accord, with new talents bolstering our leadership and teams, especially in Manufacturing and Commercial. Our focus on fair, kind policies and compassionate leadership has been positively reflected in our annual People survey.
As we stand at the cusp of 2024, I'm thrilled to see us united as ‘One Accord.’ The strides we've made together are just the beginning of our journey. A big thank you to every team member for making Accord better!
