The stark reality today is that despite huge advances, one in two of us will develop some form of cancer in our lifetime. This poses a huge challenge in developing treatments that can save lives and improve quality of life. As Accord continues to work to develop therapies for cancer and other life-threatening diseases, we are also striving to ensure our innovative treatments are accessible to those that need it most.
In observance of World Cancer Day this year Accord is delighted to partner with ITN Business in a programme to demonstrate the many ways patient groups, research organisations, government and industry are dedicated to Shaping the Future of Cancer Care together.
By marking this important day and sharing what we stand for we are demonstrating our commitment to helping fight this disease and really make it better for patients in as many ways as possible.
